Nice 17s.

The work was done by Keith Pitts at Accurate Armory in Lexington KY.  I'm going to have him do some work on my 23 to match my 35.

Pic thread:
My recently finished 35
OD 17Gen4
23

Soon: my 24C

My slightly modified pocket rocket. Stock Glock sights for now until I figure out what I want to replace them with eventually.

Finger bump reduction & stippling (very slight trigger guard undercut)
Wolff guide rod & 22lb spring
G20 trigger bar
Grip Force Adapter
Pearce +0 magazine extension

Long-time shooter of Glocks but first-time owner as of yesterday (believe it or not...?). As they say, better late than never . I have lots of full-size pistols but very few CCW size "Summer" guns (which in the HOT Mid-West is a must). Pretty much Oct-May I can carry anything I want but with shorts and a T-shirt I find it difficult to conceal anything larger than say the new Glock 26 or my Kel-Tec P11.

How my Glock 19 currently stands.  Streamlight TLR-2s (has laser, light, and strobe effect if needed), Dawson Precision Grip Tape for the Glock and for the plates underneath the magazines which acts as more of a labeler, and I change the stock grips. So as you can see it's mostly add ons.  No sight or barrel changes.  I want to keep it stock.  Eventually I'll get a G23 gen 4 FDE color and mod the crap out of it.

Light / Laser in action.  Photos don't do it justice.  Hard to pickup red dot so I took this angle picture.  I guess I could have just enabled the red dot by itself, but I'm gonna use both at the same time if I really need to use it.

Grip tape custom tailored to the Glock 19 Gen 4, because I'm too lazy to do it.

And I got some for the magazines as a sort of labeling tool.  I have that many because the Zombies aren't going to kill themselves.  haha.  I know ya'll got more than me anyways.

You can send $150 and your frame to glock, and they'll send you a brand new frame with a rail.

I wouldn't  do that with a gen 2 as nice as that.  I'm pretty sure Glock does not match serial numbers when you do the frame exchange.  Someone would pay you enough for your Gen 2 to be able to buy a new Gen 3.

Agreed.

Sell or trade that Gen 2.  There are a lot of people out there who prefer Gen 2's and would love to give that one a home.

First failure after approx. 2800 -3000 rounds. It was a 165 gr Speer Gold dot that I had rolling around in my range bag. I put it in my G23 and removed the mag, then fired it, and this is what I ended up with...  a stovepipe!

My G17 gen 4 did the same thing the other day after i fired one round without a mag inserted.

The beginnings of another suppressor host.

G35 barrel
G22 slide
G35 frame (until I find a RTF2 frame to drop this slide on)

The barrel is going to be shortened to have the shoulder just past the slide's ending.
Forward serrations will be cut, and maybe the top of slide milled out similar to my G35.

I do plan on a RMR from either Vortex with their 3moa RAZOR, the Leupold Deltapoint.

Sights will probably be Ameriglo Suppressor night sights at some point also.

Here's a crappy Instagram pic of my Glock 19. Aftermarket accessories are: grip plug, TSD slide, Trijicon front sight, Trijicon RMR RM07 red dot, Streamlight TLR-1S. The red dot is super fun and makes follow-up shots super easy to place.

It's fde. In the case at the store it looked almost OD.

Like most anything fde, seems to look different in all variety of light
