| looking for some user feedback on the Hexmag Series2 Glock 17 magazines, SKU: HX17-GLKS2-CFC . Anyone here try these magazines yet? I like their price, but skeptical with aftermarket magazines |

| I bought a dozen or so of their AR mags years ago. That swelled when loaded and failed in short order. I threw the lot of them out and will not purchase the brand again. No experience with the Glock mags . |

I can take mine apart with one hand by pushing down on the follower and it will come out with the spring through the feed lips. Then just shake it and the base plate will fall off. I cant remember if the gen1 g43 mags do this too. They sit in a box with the rest of the junk. |

I have a few MagPuls, and one other no-name brand I got in a batch of misc parts/accessories or something (I don't remember buying it, but I have it). Although I have never had an issue, I designated them 'Range only' magazines. Something about the feel of them doesn't inspire confidence.

I have a hard time shopping bargain G17 mags when AimSurplus stocks factory Gen 5 police trade ins for $15 each. I just watch until they get a shipment and buy a few. The only ones I am even a little interested in are the MecGar ones at $19 each and that’s because the gamer crew uses them. |
