[Last Edit: backbencher]
Just got a well worn Kimber lightweight, and all 4 grip screws are loose.  Is it a proprietary bit I need to order from Kimber, or can I get something from Ace or HomeDepot?

Looks like standard torx screw or allen screw. No special tool needed.

The upper round bit is a smooth round surface on the inside, there's a tiny screw head at the bottom of the shaft.

It is standard. I cannot remember the size, I have a selection of imperial/metric bits and torx and always find the one that fits the best.
