I hope they have better time finding employees than Rem... The guys I talked to were not impressed w/ the work ethic in the South. People were calling in to go fishing... FNY & FUAC!

FNY & FUAC!I kinda feel like this is the problem with all big corporate. The ones that keep the factory running are in very little consideration at any time in the planning. Everyone else is important though and we need to tailor everything to them. Those floor workers are replaceable and easily found, but we can't find any good workers. |
| Good luck, Last I heard they pissed off enough people in town and the surrounding area that no-one wants to work there. Upper management doesn't care about the hourly workers. They can go flip burgers somewhere else is a common derogatory statement. I see their fate as similar to Remington in the next year or so due to poor management. |
