This is my old S&W M-65. It started out life as a 4" square butt. I had the barrel shortened to 3". The muzzle was re-crowned, a new front sight dovetailed into the rib, and finally the grip converted from a square butt to a round butt frame....

Some new pics of the Highway Patrolman twins. Between my poor camera skills and the crappy camera I'm using, the pics aren't nearly as nice as the pistols themselves.

Latest acquisition...

Smiff model 66-2 6-inch

Wife’s co-worker has to buy braces for the youngster, deal I couldn’t pass up. Had one of these when I was in skool, regret ever selling it.

Beater 586 sitting forlornly in the local Fudd-shop. Those grips looke like hell, but this is still a good weapon under all that neglect.

Here's my S&W 460 XVR with the old scope that ended up breaking. Have a new Leupold on it now, but no pictures of it. Next to it is my old .357 Ruger.

Just picked up my first wheelgun - a S&W M&P in .38 Special
Waiting on my letter from S&W, but I have dated it to the 1922-1929 time frame.
The gun is cosmetically beat, but it can be salavged.
It will be going off to Clark Custom Guns for a restoration package.

My latest aquisition, a 151 series Service Six that I refinished with a rust blueing. It came out well and the gun is a nice shooter after some work on the internals.
