I've been wanting to see Heinie Sights on a full size USP and haven't been able to find a pic til now. And on a USP45 Tactical, none the less!! I really think I may have that done on mine. I don't REALLY need adjustable sights. Those just look right on it. How do you like them vs. standard 3 dot sights? |

ETA: I had the mepro's (3-dots) did'nt really like em, so I switched back to the stock sights, then got the Heine. So far, lining up the dots w/ the Heine are a lot easier, but that's just my opinion. |

One thing I recommend, have a Gunsmith install it. –– I did mine with the slide on a vise, used brass punch and brass hammer to take the old ones off and install the Heine (some ppl have used small wooden dowels). I did have to dremel/sand some of the material off the bottom of the Heine sights to make em fit (as per instructions). If you decide to do it yourself, I also recommend a laser boresighter and make sure everything is aligned before installing the rear sight set screw with loctite. Good luck and post pics when u get them. |

Old, original HK bridge/comp mount. This USP 40 was one of the very early one sold and back then you could get some parts that are no longer made.

It would rust and get nasty everyday that I carried it so I retired it for range use. Now I've started electroless nickel plating small items on my own and decided to try it out on the P7. I'm happy with the results. |
