A while back I ordered a Blade Tech classic holster pouch for a P-09. It fit, but it never really "snapped" into place. Upon closer examination, there was something preventing it from seating all the way into the holster. I removed the tensioning screw and was able to get it to snap in, but this wedged the sides of the holster apart and it would squirt the gun back out. After a few attempts at this, I noticed the plastic of the gun was getting a little polished on both sides where the light rail ends close to the trigger guard. I removed all the screws and hardware and wrapped the holster pouch and gun in heavy duty foil with only the part inside the white circle in the photo (on both sides) exposed. Then I heated itnwith a heat gun using a small nozzle to direct the hot air on just the spot that needed to be softened. I was then able to shove the gun the rest of the way in and let it cool. It's still not perfect. But the gun does seat all the way and there is a slight, tactile click as the gun seats in the holster. I know some people recommend P320 holsters for this, but I just can't bring myself to do that. Anyhow if you need a pouch for your Nocturne, this should work until BladeTech or whoever else makes one specifically for these models. But that one spot is the difference between the Nocturnes and the old P-09 as far as holster compatibility goes.

| After spending a ton on new holsters I bought a pair of Safariland GLS holsters and use them for Glock/CZ poly trigger guards and the second for 1911/CZ shadow narrow trigger guards. They are fast enough and have a level 1 security. I use them on my 3gun belt and save a lot of hassle. |
