I know the RXM fits some G19 holsters, and so far all I have is a cheapy IWB from Amazon. Anyone have any suggestions on some good options for both AIWB and OWB? I like to have the option for both depending on my attire, and obviously the OWB should still conceal well. I'd prefer to avoid high dollar kydex, I can't justify $100 for wrapped thermoplastic. |

Very simple, very strong steel belt clip (upgradeable option of DCC clip). $45, add $5 if you want it made for a light. Optic cut is standard. You going to have a custom image printed for $10 extra. I bought six of his IWB holsters but have not tried one of his OWB holsters, but he does have good reviews. If you go to his Facebook page, he has photos of hundreds of the holsters he has made. If you are close to his shop in Arizona, you can even bring in something to be custom done. Facebook link, He does post sales and coupon codes several times a year on this page You can message him on Facebook or email him any requests or questions. He is very accommodating. I have requested some of my holsters to have the clip mounted a little lower so that they ride a little higher so I can get a better grip. He does have the Ruger RXM in his pulled down menu, but they do fit standard G19 holsters as well. I think he just did that so people would be 100% sure the RXM would fit. He also has quite a few more light options available then most holster makers I have seen. Depending on when you order, they are typically made and shipped the same day or the next day (I typically order in the middle of the night and I get shipping notification around noon the next day). I think the last two holsters I ordered, I ordered late Tuesday night and they were in my mailbox midday Saturday. |
| And often forgotten option for Glocks is the Glock sport Combat holster. The last time I bought one, it was $9.99. not available with a light, but a very simple holster that I have used over the years to mount a gun to a hard object by drilling through the sides and using washers and wingnuts. |

I got that from a video made by a holster manufacturer that they needed to make adjustments, stating that the RxM slide is slightly larger. I sent a note to Vedder who replied with a generic email that they did not have an RxM to test fit. Your experience is encouraging to hear. |

There are several RXM groups (Reddit, Facebook, etc) where you'll find lots of people using G19 holsters. There are companies that list the RXM such as Bordertown Holsters, which is what I use. But he only lists that for people who are unsure. It does fit in his standard g19 holsters I have bought from him as well with no difference. After I bought my rxm on opening day, I ordered one from him and my g45 fits exactly the same. |

I see Black Scorpion makes one but I don't know anything about them. https://www.blackscorpiongear.com/collections/ruger-rxm-holsters The holster looks similar to Tenicor offerings. I like Tenicor but they don't have RXM specific and I'm worried about spending that much in case there are any fitment quirks. I have a cheap G19 holster that the RXM fits in but it's not a perfect fit. I don't see it as unsafe but the different shape of the trigger guard makes it snap in less confidently and there is some wiggle. ETA - I ordered a Bordertown IWB. |

If you are running an optic you may have to ignore this. You specified IWB and cheap so a "pocket" holster will work. When I say pocket I don't mean in your pocket but a generic shaped pocket that will fit similar sized guns. The Desantis Insider is relatively cheap, very comfortable and secure. I don't believe it will accept an optic. There are a ton of belt holsters for the Glock 19 that can be found cheap. Most of the Kydex types will be optic ready. The Blackhawk Serpa gets a bad shake out there like the Sig P320 these days. But Blackhawk makes a Non Serpa version that can be had for about $20 if you shop Ebay. I found one after a quick search if rules allow (not mine, an example): Ebay link. |

Bordertown IWB arrived. Not bad. Has some wiggle which isn't ideal, even when screws are tightened down. I guess I'll need to heat it and try to snug it up somehow which is kind of annoying. Even my $15 amazon G19 holster is snug (with both G19 and RXM). Looks good and they don't charge extra for the 'carbon fiber' finish which most seem to do. They ship fast too. Ordered Saturday, just arrived in NC from AZ.
