Looking to put a red dot on my Shield X. Its a RMSc. I have Holosuns on my Glocks, but looking for other options. I like a 3MOA dot. Don't need a circle. I see a lot of closed emitters but don't necessarily feel that's critical, based on carrying open emitters for years now. Not a fan of Green. What should I be looking for that does not break the bank, but still be decent? |

The only ones I have are Crimson Trace, but I've been using one regularly for a couple of years without issue. Picked it because it was on sale, but I'm happy with it. Used it on a full size gun for practice for a good while. Guy at my club has had one on his Shield carry gun for a few years, and he loves it. That guy shoots a lot, too. Attached File |

Osight K is what you seek OP. It's a red 6moa RMSc dot. I put one on a Glock 17 using a Osight plate. All in was 145 bucks. I get mine from amazon. Osights are slowly replacing my Holosuns on all my pistols. They are tough, very clear optics. The reticles are the sharpest I've seen on a pistol RDS. The guys putting them down don't own one. |

I know this alone isn't a selling point, but my Olight RDS came with 2 variety packs of screws - 5 or 6 sizes and 3 different lengths for each. I thought it was a nice touch. |
