What size screws to mount a holosun EPS RMR adapter plate to a glock mos plate?

The ones that come with the EPS are too long and bottom out on the slide.

I don’t know, but when I mounted a dot with non compatible screws, my local Ace hardware had the right ones.

Somebody posted about a box of multiple size optic mounting screws. Pretty sure it was Amazon.

If life was easy nobody would quit.

You can go to your local hardware store and grab some screws like the poster above stated. Or you can file the screws down. If you have an Ace Hardware they stock gun screws.
