I bought an Echelon 4.5 a few weeks ago and have decided that it might be a better fit for my hands if the grip was a little bigger. It has the medium grip module on it now with the large backstrap on it, but it's still a bit smaller than I'd like, so I started looking for the large grip module. It seems every place I know to check is out of stock except one used listing on gunbroker. Does anyone know why these are so hard to find or what vendor may have them in stock? Thanks. |

Large w/ aggressive texture is in stock at Springfield's store in FDE and OD. Large w/ standard texture is "coming soon" at Midwayusa. No idea why they're out of stock. |

Dang. I do want the large frame with the aggressive texture, but it looks like I'm stuck paying full retail and picking one of the Gucci colors if I want it anytime soon.

I got one from a local shop not long after the Echelon was released. sent it to a member here that Cerakoted it OD for me. didn't realize they were hard to get. from what I understand the factory shuts down twice a year. once in the summer and again during Christmas |
Will not shelter in place
| I think I got lucky. Midwest Gun Works sent me a notification yesterday that they had the large module/aggressive texture in black back in stock, so I ordered one from there. I hope it's a little larger diameter up near the top of the grip and not just the bottom. We'll see, I guess. I need some more space on the grip for the palm of my support hand. |
