I am having trouble deriving one thing though––-is the camping AO the same place as the shooting AO, or do we commute to a shooting spot just for Saturday daytime? The camping aspect is in my yard,(I have a double lot), and the shooting location is up in the nearby hills. If you've got guitar banjo, I got plenty-o-room for ya in the truck for the ride up. It'll be a three-four hour or so casual range experiance, not the Siege of Firebase Gloria LCR. Or so I hope.

It's not a prize match, but I think there will be some drawings. The top scoring cadet will walk away with a almost new POF rifle. Almost new because the cadets will use it in the match, along with any other shooter that feels like it. The match will probably be limited to four stages. Expect about 100 rnds pistol and about 50 rnds rifle. Match fees usually run $10 for members, $15 non-members. Registration usually starts around 0900 hrs, shooters meeting at 0930 hrs and shooting starts around 1000 hrs. If you have not ever shot a USPSA match, the new shooter orientation is at 0830 hrs. http://www.inas.us/directions.html It's roughly 20 min from FB45 Sorry I could not say by and thanks to most of you guys before I left but I thought I might as well shoot some more while I was up there. This time, with the Gonzaga ROTC cadets, there was 78. |
