The Newberry County Sheriff’s Office said the man, who has not been identified, was riding a jet ski when he splashed the suspect with water from his jet ski. Both the man and suspect then engaged in an argument on the boat dock.

Deputies said that led to the suspect grabbing a knife and stabbing the victim.

According to an incident report, the suspect then ran back to his car, grabbed a gun and shot the victim. The victim was taken to a trauma center.

Assuming the "victim" was the jet ski operator...

I'm going to further assume that boat ramp areas are "No Wake" zones and I'll assume further that the jet ski operator aka "the victim" came charging in there full tilt and did a 360 sending water all over the suspect shooter/stabber.

Based on my assumptions I'll say this: don't start nothin' won't be nothin'.

Not excusing the person who stabbed/shot the other man.

Typical behavior for most Americans. The writing on signs doesn't apply to me.

That boat ramp has always been a little shady....but that's extreme....the influx of people is moving the trash around...

Newberry should also really update that boat ramp
