I have an arsenal 107FR that I want to remove a pin and welded muzzle device, chop the barrel to 12.5" and add a new gas block/front sight combo on(AK-142b).
Any recommendations here in Iowa for a good and reputable shop thats competent or is my best bet to send it out. Most of the big name shops are saying 8-12 weeks out. |

I have no experience with this shop, and haven't seen any build reviews but I've seen them advertised I think on the akfiles. Might be worth asking, and they're close. |

Eric at Stronghold Armory in Missouri cut the barrel down to 12.5", crowned it and installed the AK-142B front sight/block for me. Super fast and fantastic work.
