I have used Embach armory for a couple projects and have been very happy. May try reaching out to him, though I shipped him my stuff as I don't live in the DFW area, so unsure on in person drop off etc.

He put together this Hungarian kit for me.

Ive never used him but Arms of America is in Royse City and they have a section in the menu for build quotes.
