I am about o buy an ATV. Based on Google and the WV DMV website, it looks like WV allows you to register your ATV and run it on road under limited circumstances if you add mirrors, turn signals, etc. Has anyone done this? Do you have to get it inspected? If so, by whom? Thanks. |

| I know what the written law says on the subject. I also see several dozen a day on the highway without any license or lights and never see any pulled over. It must be all about the tourist dollars. I've seen groups of them cruising down Rt 119, which is a 4 lane highway with a 65 MPH speed limit. Yet I still have to wear a helmet and keep license and insurance on my motorcycle to ride the same road. |

Plus, my little town I see all kind of people riding around with none of the requirements and no stops by the local constabulary. |
