any references to someone that can anodize 2 upper receiver in the raw

I have used Jerry's Metal Finishing in St. Clair. Not sure if they have an FFL, though since it's an upper I guess that doesn't matter.
FYI- You want Type III hard anodize. Expect to pay around $135 regardless of quantity 1, 2, or 10. Ask for a heavy seal since the regular seal coat seems pretty rough. |
