Who’s the CLEO for Lincoln/Lancaster County?

I would bypass the Lancaster County CLEO (I don't trust them) and send it to the Nebraska Attorney General. He's pro gun and has a better voting record.

If in Lincoln - chief of police
If outside - sheriff

I would do what @DirtyHandsRob suggested.
Though I have sent to the sheriff in past with no issues.

CLEO no longer needed. They are not involved in the approval process.

There is still a line on the form for this.
Attorney's General and there is a certain person that handles these.
