| I have a B tag burning a hole in my pocket. Going to try and make a trip up to the Lake Pillsbury area this weekend if the boss allows it. I also have a bear tag, which is what I really want to punch this year. I shot my first deer in A zone last year, but outside of that am a relatively new deer/bear hunter. Anyone got any pointers they wanna share with me? My A zone spot which was dead last year, was an absolute shit show this year. My buddy did manage to pull his first buck on our last trip out though, so it wasn't all bad. |
Watching the kids shoot Pieeater's 1919 was great. Nothing warms the heart more than seeing a little kid kneeling in a pile of brass and links.-Pthfndr after the Nov 13th NorCal shoot
| I hunted C1 and B6 this year. I5 divides them. B Zone was dead this year but it's where I got my bear 2 years ago. Last year and this year, C1 was good for 2 bucks. |

| I went up last weekend. Saw tons of elk down at the lake level. Did see one really nice buck, however it was on private property and he knew he was safe there. The Soda Springs General Store (pretty sure that was its name) is the most disgusting businesses I've ever stepped foot in. |
