Well everyone is exempt right now as the injunction is in place. However assuming the law actually took effect then everyone is exempt from “possession.” You just can’t purchase, transfer, or sell it to anyone in Virginia. However to answer your question LE are exempt only for official duties or at a facilities. As a personal item, they fall into the same category as a “citizen.” |
