Looking for a recommendation for an automotive machine shop in the B'ham metro area. One with actual automotive experience. I have a small block chevy engine that might need some work, like cylinder boring / honing, crankshaft work, balancing of rotating assembly, etc., and be able do it right. Most of the guys I knew in my previous AO around Montgomery have died or retired / went out of business. |

I posed the same question a while back and ended up getting this answer. Note that I have not gotten my engine to any of the shops because a tree flattened the shop.
