Is that not the effect of SB 221? So South Dakotans won’t be able to order pouches from, say, Alp? There’s a companion bill in the House, HB 1220. They both seem to be sailing through. |
| I don't nor have I ever used nicotine products but I don't understand the impetus to regulate the online sales of these products, especially as nicotine use is at an all-time low especially among teens. It's just more disappointing news from our supposedly Republican legislature after the failure to pass online spirits sales last year. The nannyism built into this state's supposedly conservative political community continually confounds me. |
