Howdie‘ I just dropped in Nashville. Did the World Police and Fire games in Birmingham AL last week. Now we are in the Nash enjoying cowboy stuff. Is there something we MUST see? Or a awesome gun store that has a great stock? Have a great day y‘all ???? Cheers, Rob |

Do you have a car to use? Most of the decent gun shops are kind of spread out towards the suburbs of Nashville. Also there are lots of cowboy hats in Nashville but not a lot of cowboys. How long are you there for? In no particular order gun shops i can think of are: Outpost Armory in Murfreesboro. This is Ronnie Barret's son and daughter's place. They have a range and rental guns as well Sportsman's Warehouse in Murfreesboro may be worth your time. Specialty Arms II in LaVergne used to have an amazing selection but it's been a while since I went. The Gun Crew in Hermitage is small but has a huge selection last I stopped. Guns and Leather has two locations, one in Greenbrier and one in Hendersonville. Royal Range in west Nashville also has a range and rental guns. The old Nashville Armory is now called Modern Warriors but I've not been in a while. They have rental guns and a range and happen to be closest to downtown. Glock Store is in east Nashville close to the airport. I know they have a range as well. Not sure how wide their selection is though. There are many, many smaller shops in and further out of Nashville but you asked about big shops with big selections. Enjoy yourselves! |
I think one of the major problems with America today is not enough families sit down to a big plate of squirrels momma just fried up.

I met a German firefighter that was flying solo to the fire games and I was giving this guy some local spots to get BBQ at. It would have been in Dulles, LAX, IAH, or maybe even Denver. @TheGunner |
