A little late to post, but I'm headed down there tonight.

Apparenty, they have metal detectors, but I've heard they aren't always activated or monitored?

Anybody CCW there recently?

The last time I was down there, I saw the metal detectors, but it was only for the cordoned off concert area. Fremont street at large is still GTG.

Yep, I saw the same thing. Agreed, good to go.

Lots of BS has gone down there over the last few years. Fremont was fun and entertaining, but enough characters cruising around that I'd certainly want to carry.
