So I moved from randolph to upshur counties, and I need to change my CCW soon. I believe I just go to the sheriff's office in upshur, and fill out change of address form? Do I need to pay the whole application fee all over to change it or? I don't have to present my training certificate again I'd hope? I only really use it to bypass nics when I have guns tranfered, only real reason I keep a ccw anymore due to constitutional carry. |
