Cigar smoking in Kaanapali area

Wondering if there is a safe place to have a cigar in the area. Weather it be on the beach, golf course, or if the hotels allow it on a balcony. Have access to all 3 but do not know if any are acceptable.

most hotels have a non smoking policy, check with yours for the approved smoking area
The beach is state property, if you smoke there, your hotel has no say in it
The golf course, I’ve got no idea
