| Has anyone used Danger Close for an optic cut? $100 for an optic cut seems to be a hell of a deal vs sending the slide off elsewhere. |

| I just had them cut three of mine. Absolutely recommend! I dropped them off on a Friday and picked them up the next Wednesday. I have some pictures of the milled slides if you want to see, but I have never gotten to pictures to load on arfcom. If you message me I can email you the picture. |

Used them recently to cut an FN509 slide including cerakote finish of only the milled area, leaving the rest of the slide finish original. That was a great option as it didn't require messing with the sights and I like the original finish. The work was perfect and the price was great. One minor hiccup, during disassembly they somehow lost my firing pin return spring. I got an email from John at DCA explaining what happened, and they ordered and installed a new spring before returning my slide to me. I understand that stuff like that happens sometimes and appreciate that they were upfront about it and handled it as expeditiously as possible. I'll use them again. Attached File |
