Good.  I would be interested to know what has developed since the last GSL meeting I attended.

Status hearings... set for early/mid January. Nothing will stop the deadline, and PICA is going to remain in effect until the SCOTUS hears it maybe sometime in late 2024 or 25.  We'll have to live with this until then.  The 7th circuit won't find against PICA or they'd have done an en banc hearing. We didn't get that.  We didn't get SCOTUS.  So now McGlynn will hold hearings on the merits of the law.  He will probably find for us, but he'll most likely stay his ruling.  If he doesn't stay his ruling, the 7th circuit will jump in quickly and stay it.

We just got at new State's Atty. so we wanted to get him on record along with our Sheriff that they will not enforce this law.
We covered the suggestion to store banned items out of state until the law get ruled unconstitutional.  You can pre-register those items and bring them back into the state later should you decide to do that.
