Planning on doing a trip for opening dove weekend in New Mexico.

I’ve shot a few seasons in and around the Phoenix area but at 18 hours, that’s going to be too much a trek.

Going to be myself and a couple of others, public land.

I’m thinking around the south east, however most of the BLM land there is COVERED in oil infrastructure.

Lincoln national forest also looks promising.

Any other areas? Not asking for anyone’s secret spot. Just general locations with good public land and where there will be doves!
