20-04-2020 @ 23:59 33405 Confirmed cases 3751 Deaths Less deaths and ICU patients still dropping. Looks like schools wil be openening slowly with limited class sizes. (ie Monday 1/2 of the class, tuesday other half ect.) The University of Nijmegen seems to be having some succes with a specific blood pressure reducing drug for comatting fluid in the lungs. |

I think currently it's being temporally solved by scrapping some production regs and so ad hoc production in preexisting labs is possible. |

The increase in deaths per day/week is now roughly at +1/3 compared to 2019. Legal tax paying prostitutes already get state money not to work and it looks like the illegal non registered prostitutes will also receive free money. So if any Arfcommers want my tax money just come on over can self identify as a prostitute. |

The national holiday of King's Day was called off. The 700 line is not the normal amount of ICU beds but the total normal + including the emergency reserve. Currently to cope hospitals have converted normal wards and staf to ICU units but these are technically not part of ICU reserve.

01-05-2020 @ 23:59 39791 Confirmed cases 4893 Deaths Still relatively stable deaths @ 93 today and the ICU patients dropping. Sad news is the death tole for medical staff stands at 9. Individual attention whores are protesting in front of nursing homes due to the no visitors rules. Again we are not holding granny hostage she is free to leave at any time but she can't come back, special protocols and exeptions are also made for patients that are near death. Thing is the places that the virus got in it was really devastating and able to take out 1/3 of the elderly. |

BUT It's a weird week here because we have had a weekend, today is memorial day for the WWII dead, tomorrow is liberation day. Due to that lag we could see a rise at the end of the week. University of Nijmegen says a anti inflamatory drug used in patients with auto immune problems seems to show promise in combatting symptoms. |

Some stupid assclowns here don't seem to realize that granny is not in prison and can leave any time she just isn't allowed back without proper tests and quarantine periods. The thing is some care homes have run > 30% mortality once the virus got in. |

There's been one such facility where almost a quarter have died due to Corona. The regional authorities who run these facilities have really dropped the ball. Meanwhile, Attendo Care, the largest private provider of such facilities closed down a lot sooner, and have suffered far fewer deaths. |
