If I have a FL resident concealed weapons permit and I move out of state, do I just keep it, does it convert to a non-resident permit when I change addresses, or do I have to give it up and get a non-resident permit separately? Anyone know? I checked the state site and didn’t find the answer. Asking for a relative.

Florida doesn't distinguish residency. Just go online, change your address, and pay for a replacement. Done.

No replacement needed.  There is no address on the card.  Fingerprints are required at the time of renewal for those not residing in Florida.

True, but you won't get the notice of renewal in the mail if you don't change it.  Otherwise GTG.

I was not saying that you don't need to change your address...you can do that online.  I was just saying that you don't need to get a new card because you address in not on the card.  You are required to update your address.
