The below link is to US DOJ for civil rights violations. It takes 5 minutes to complete. Let’s put pressure on DOJ to file suit against Polis and the State for violating our civil rights. I listed “State of Colorado-Governor” as the civil rights violator and the State’s address 200 E. Colfax Denver, CO 80203. https://civilrights.justice.gov/report/ |

Received a response from DOJ Civil Rights Division. I attempted adding a screenshot of the email but it will not attach. DOJ advised they would not be taking any action regarding my complaint. Stated this did not indicate I had no standing and referred me to legal assistance to proceed. So much for this administration being such a 2nd Amendment friendly admin. Where’s the so called 2nd Amendment Czar they promised. |

Are you surprised? Trump (and Republican party in general) is pro 2A when he/they is/are campaigning and looking for support. When its time to actually do something meaningful, very little happens. If they actually solved the problems they wouldn't have a wedge issue that they can use to get you fired up to support them in the next election. Think Lucy pulling the football away from Charlie Brown. |

What you have to realize is that the DOJ, ATF, FBI have all been deeply infiltrated by leftist, and chances are they will be the ones fielding your complaints. This is not an accident, this was done on purpose. It has been happening for decades and it isn't gonna turn around in a year, esp with a legislature that has little incentive to vote for freedom vs lining their pockets |

That DOJ website asks for specific details—date, location, what happened, etc.—of a rights violation. Since SB25-003 hasn't gone into effect yet, there isn't a specific enforcement action to point to. Simply listing the Governor's office address and general objections to the law is probably too vague. That may have something to do with why DOJ declined to pursue it. |

Looking at SB25-003 on paper its an inconvenience but they are not taking your property away....Except in the case of FRTs and rapid firing devices. There is some fire there as far as a fight there as like you said there is no grandfather clause. But here is another thing. Why hasnt any republican in Colorado tried to push a bill that would grandfather those items to protect citizens who already had them? There wasn't even an amendment put forth during 003 to do that. Why didn't they? We can fight 003 but we gotta start thinking like the other side. |
