I am guessing I get charged at the beginning of the process so I probably get to wait another month?
My references haven't been called yet. I was told to expect that since I am going for the RPAL. What is your typical experience time-wise? -jordon |

Did they actually call his references or is listing them just a formality?
I have nothing to hide but I am surprised my references haven't been called yet. Odd... The conjugal partner bit was a bit surprising though. I don't know if they would ask that down here in the States. |

They tell you 45 days. But my RPAL was issued exactly 28 days after they received it. They processed the CC within a day or two of receiving.
They did email me to clarify one item on my app right after they got it, said to call them. While I was on the phone with them, they gave me my application # and said to go ahead and have one of my references call in referencing that number to expedite the process. Once issued it took about a week to get to me from Miramichi. |
