Theresa area here. Lots of rain, lots of lighting and a fair mount of wind. to dark to see if any damage. i will look in the morning. From the radar images it looks like I am right at the north edge of the storm. |

I had a 5in or so diameter branch fall on the garage, no damage , I think. Round deux looks to be even worse coming in. I heard baseball size hail north of Madison heading my way. The ground is pretty saturated, I don't usually get any water in my basement but I have now. | I took down two big trees over my house last summer. Glad I did. Lots of trees down this morning in my neighborhood. I'm on the border of Brookfield/West Allis. Some rain right now, nothing extreme but the tornado siren keeps going off. |

I lost about 1/3 of my tar and ballast roof on the apartment building I own in West Allis. The winds peeled up the roof on the north and south wings of the building. Refuse was scattered all around, including on neighboring properties. Thankfully I was working with another Arfcommer already to replace that roof. The plan was for next year. Nope, now it’s next week.

Started storming here around 19:30 to 20:00. Should be passed Janesville around 22:30. No hail. Just alot of lightning, rain and wind. Tied my Hurby Curby's to the front bumper of my truck and strapped the lids down. Barrett is sitting down on the foot rest of my chair resting his head on my shin. Its his "protect mode" thing. Had a couple large thunderclaps earlier which he ran to the front door barking at it. |

Found the source, the storm window was open and the rain was filling the area and leaking down the wall from under the main window and right into the hvac vent under it. Close storm, no more leak. Then when the warning was over as I was getting the dog to go upstairs I heard a drip, drip, drip from the other side of the basement. Sewer vent pipe has water dripping down on the outside of the pipes. Landlord is aware. Has a roofer coming out to give an estimate on it since its getting old. Last wind storm lost 4 shingles on the back of the house near where the vent pipe is. The heavy rain was literally going sideways into the front of the house. Thankfully the hail stopped befreo those winds picked up. 1/2" to 3/4" hail. Put my motorcycle jacket, helmet and gloves on and wandered outside for a bit before the sirens went off again. Was a tornado on the ground east of Janesville between Avalon Rd and US HWY 14 East sw of Emerald Grove around 6:05 tonight. Was a quick one and no reports of injuries or damage yet. Still storming here with lightning, thunder and alternating heavy light rain. BTW Barrett went outside and thought it was fun to run around it. Why do I have a pug that likes rain and snow?
