He's a POS crook and shouldn't be there, but he didn't get primaried out, seems popular enough with the brain dead and we need to keep the seat. He's a shoo in. Still a GD thief though.

Classic example of a total POS that we absolutely do not need representing us but again....we have no other choice. The damage he did to my agency alone continues to this day.
