The section I posted only deals with SBRs and machine guns. FRTs are not NFA items. They're specifically outlawed in another part of FL law. |

Machineguns are restricted under two additional obstacles, Firearm Owners' Protection Act (FOPA) of 1986, being one. The NFA "toss out" will not include machineguns. Huge win nonetheless, if it happens. V OUT |
