| Are off duty out of state officers exempt from the greater than 10 cap mag ban? No pre ban mags for my LCP Max. Do tourist attractions in Boston have metal detectors? Coming up for a short visit. thx |

I answered the OP's question in the thread on Northeastshooters.com where he asked this. Also to add . . . LEOSA does NOT address magazine capacity, thus retirees (like myself, a retired MA LEO) can't possess Post-ban >10 rd mags in MA! |
