Anyone know of a decent business and intellectual property lawyer? My old lawyer retired and a potential new client sprung a licensing agreement/contract (I sell an intellectual property based product) on me that's probably OK, but it a fair bit larger than what I'm used to and wanted someone to look it over. And of course it's all short notice stuff. |
