| Hey all, I’ve got a trust that needs redoing. It was written 15 or so years ago by Guntrustlawer. At the time, they listed both me and my, now, ex wife as grantors with my brother as the beneficiary. I need to get it rewritten to list only me with a couple more beneficiaries. I reached out to Guntrustlawer for advice. They no longer have representation in LA, so cannot help. Does anyone have a good attorney that understands gun trusts and can help out? I’d love it if they were local to the Lafayette area, but that’s not a deal breaker. |
| Only attorneys I know are in the Natchitoches area. Believe Sentry Defense in your area is an SOT. May be worth giving them a call and see if they have any recommendations on attorneys that have NFA trust experience. Don’t have to give them details, just ask if they have any recommendations on attorneys as you need to have some changes made before buying any more NFA toys. |
