I was gonna say the fucker looks like a stroke waiting to happen. I won't wish it on him, but I wouldn't be shocked if it happens. |

If a brewer posted similar about Obama during his Presidency, the USSS and the ATF (for the A part) would already have visited and would have been fighting over who got to haul him off in cuffs. Why must this double standard exist for leftists? |

Obedience is not patriotism. Patriotism is love of your country, not of your government.

Yes you can, as long as it's not based on protected characteristics such as race, color, national origin, religion, sex, or disability. You can be banned for carrying concealed, the same private property rights prevail. I've been told there are few that have banned him, and a few where he's afarid to set foot in... and there will likely be a lot more now that's he's "famous" for this "free beer when he dies" stunt. he has already been found guilty of "disruptive, threatening, or unruly behavior" when he plead guilty to disorderly conduct just last week. Can i ban someone from my business in wi ? Yes, as a private business owner in Wisconsin, you have the legal right to ban an individual from your premises and refuse them service. This is essentially issuing a trespass notice, as the business is private property, not a public space. Key considerations for legal enforcement in Wisconsin include: Lawful Reasons: You can ban people for disruptive, threatening, or unruly behavio, such as stealing, harassment, or violating company policies. Non-Discrimination: The ban cannot be based on protected characteristics such as race, color, national origin, religion, sex, or disability. Procedure: It is highly recommended to inform the person they are banned (ideally with a witness) or send a certified letter, with a copy sent to the local police department. Trespassing: If the individual returns after being officially told not to, they are committing criminal trespass, and you should call the police. While you do not need a tangible reason like a police report to ban someone, having a documented history of the customer's problematic behavior is beneficial to defend against potential discrimination claims. |

When you're dead, you don't know you're dead. Hence, dealing with this fact is not difficult. It is only hard for those still living around you.....It's the same when you're stupid.

A group titled "Back the Badge Wisconsin" has scheduled a "protest" against him at his Minocqua brewery for this saturday, May 2nd, at noon. In response, he has scheduled a "beer tasting" at the same place & time, urging his followers to attend. This sets up a very interesting situation... one that I will avoid at all costs.

Back the Badge Wisconsin · 🚨 WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON WITH KIRK BANGSTAD? 🚨 The spotlight is intensifying around Minocqua Brewing Company owner Kirk Bangstad—and the questions are getting harder to ignore. Here’s what’s being reported and alleged right now ⬇️ 🔺 Nearly $460,000 sent to two little-known entities Effervescent Blue and NCPS have reportedly received hundreds of thousands from Bangstad’s Super PAC since 2021. 🔺 No business records… anywhere Neither entity appears registered in Wisconsin—or any state. No website. No staff. No footprint. 🔺 No transparency for large money flows For organizations handling that level of cash, the lack of basic public information is raising serious red flags. 🔺 Lawsuit alleges “sham entities” A civil complaint filed in Oneida County claims these groups may be controlled by Bangstad and used to route money. 🔺 Allegations of “consulting fees” to himself The lawsuit claims funds may have been funneled through these entities as personal payments. These are allegations that have NOT been proven in court. 🔺 Addresses linked to mailbox locations 📬 Listed addresses for both entities appear tied to UPS stores or unrelated businesses—not actual offices. 🔺 Major portion of PAC spending questioned In some reporting periods, roughly one-third of all Super PAC disbursements went to these two entities. 🔺 Over $2 million raised 💰 Bangstad’s Super PAC has taken in substantial funds, making transparency even more critical. 🔺 Additional allegations raise ethical concerns The lawsuit also claims use of PAC funds for personal legal expenses and disputes involving manipulated images. 🔺 Questions dismissed, not answered Bangstad reportedly called inquiries “out of bounds” and politically motivated—but did not provide detailed explanations. 🔺 No criminal charges filed ⚖️ Important fact: no criminal charges have been brought at this time. This is a civil case and ongoing. 🔺 FEC complaint previously dismissed Past complaints were filed but did not result in action—raising even more debate on oversight. 🔺 Lawsuit still active 📄 The case remains pending, meaning the full story is still unfolding. 🔺 Critics vs. supporters divide Supporters say he’s being targeted for his politics. Critics say this is about accountability—not ideology. 🔺 Bottom line: the questions remain ❗ When large sums of political money are involved, transparency is not optional—it’s expected. 🔺 The public deserves answers Who received the money? For what services? And why so little traceable information? This isn’t about left or right—it’s about trust, accountability, and following the money. And right now… there are more questions than answers |

The inmate said he had the request in writing, what an idiot

For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood from His workmanship, so that men are without excuse.

His "interview" with alleged FBI agents at his brewery was a staged farce, IMO. Which LEO agency in this entire country will allow an interview to be taped by the subject being interrogated, let alone allow him to live stream it on Facebook? The 2 alleged agents entered his bar when his lawyer let them in, no credentials nor badges were ever shown as they entered, nor at any time. Bangstad was never asked for any ID. They asked him 5 dumb questions, the whole thing took 5 minutes and they left. So they drove up to Minocqua from Madison or Milwaukee or wherever their office is, for that? They did not record any of it, nor did they ask him to sign anything. So why couldn't that all be done on a phone call (that they could record) ? Neither agent appeared to be armed, neither one wore the lapel pin they so often wear, no badges were visible. Both looked very young, and their suitcoats didn't look like a good fit. One of the viewers commented on facebook that one of them looked just like the guy who works at the local Pizza Hut. The whole thing was very "unprofessional".
