Regarding the Mass switchblade Case. And how it relates to Mag Bans. This is the 1784 Mass militia law cited in Miller at 180 (but ellipsized) showing the bayonet and the scabbard included in the law. Another bayonet in the 1786 New York Law at Miller’s 180-181 break.
