| One of my references gives me his proper email address, but the Reference invitation email bounced to the noreply@.... which gives no response. Anyone here have a similar experience that they found a Workable solution? |

Yes, happened to me several weeks ago. This week it happened to a friend that lives in another town. We both emailed our town's firearms officers and asked them to resend the email to the references that didn't get anything from NJ Portal. Emails were resent, received and the questionnaires promptly answered. A similar problem happened last year with the NJ Portal. Those with AOL and Gmail addresses weren't getting emails from the state. Come to think of it, my reference and my friend's reference were both using Gmail accounts. The bottom line is to ask your town's firearm officer to resend the email to your reference. |
| Thanks. I've been having coordination exchanges with BCI here. My reference couldn't effectively make things happen before BCI started doing things. |
