Same here. I'm worried about the 3rd Circuit dragging their feet on the Koons/Siegel carry killer appeal. It's been over a year now and I'm guessing it's because one of the anti judges is dragging her feet by not submitting her opinion to the other two judges. That's exactly what a Maryland judge did for over year so that their AWB case would take longer than necessary. So the way I look at it, if our side puts more lawsuits before the courts, eventually the dam will break and we will get a bunch of decisions in our favor.

My 2C:58-4 Permit expires in January. I tried to re-apply but cannot unless I upload CCARE Live Fire Qualification Test, 4 Endorsements and pay a $200 fee.
