Mr Knife Shop is a small knife shop in St George. The old owner retired and a new younger guy has taken over. Nice guy. They have a good selection of everything from pro tech and Benchmade to some decent looking $25 gas station switch blades.

The old guy sharpened a bunch of knives for me.  He was a great guy, glad he got to retire!
