I used my LLC waiver for stuff I did, but as an org, we should have a formal waiver. @Ben?

Just saw this. Not sure why you're being pointed ar FreefallRet for insurance stuff, I have all that stuff here and will be needing documentation post event as well.

@Alphajaguars DM me and I'll get you a pdf of the waiver and other relevant documents if the event is going under the national/regional APC umbrella.

Got this running in the background while I do some office stuff. Someone learned the "shrink to fit" lesson when printing. Always use "fill page" or the equivalent.

Definitely not the first time someone has been bit by that.

That mistake will not happen again

On that note, does APC have a corporate account for SARTopo? I’d love to print in 11x17 or larger formats.

I think Ben has mentioned before there was one for APC as a whole but if not, I have a Pro subscription for the purposes of generating maps for the Boise group. If needed I can get you info for ours.

After having been burned by paying Officemax for a nice laminated copy that ended up being out of scale at the first event, I now print them at work and laminate at home but only after verifying it printed to scale correctly with a protractor.

Well, thanks to this thread a reminder went out to Warfighter participants to check the scale on their maps before departing.

I’m glad my mistake is being learned to make sure others don’t do the same thing.

I’m also glad I had other maps that were t the right scale. I almost left them at home.

I'm so terrified of that I always bring a protector with me to confirm the scale.
