A rep from Memphis is apparently complaining about Justin Jones asking for $20 a picture, from some students who visited the legislature to ask for funding for their school and wanted to get their picture taken with Jones.  When confronted by a WKRN reporter, Jones stated that it was not true, then insisted that the reporter talk to two other people who could confirm that the accusation was not true.  One of them declined to comment, while the other confirmed that a statement of $20 a picture was made, but dismissed it as a joke.  A democrat staffer confronted Jones about the incident, apparently lost their temper, and has been suspended.

WKRN apparently couldn't find anyone that would tell them what the staffer had said that was so horrible that the staffer had to be suspended and required to go to counseling if they want to eventually return to work.

WSMV seems to be taking Jones' side on this incident and reported Jones' version of the confrontation.  The staffer supposedly told Jones that he didn't belong here, nobody likes him here, and that he is a disgrace to black people.  I don't recall seeing anything identifying the staffer beyond it being a woman who was working for a Memphis democrat.
