At the end of August I'm bringing my fetching bride to PEI for a few days. I've got an easy question for my brothers in the Great White North:
Is tipping appropriate? I've been to some countries where it is frowned upon. |

Tipping is the norm.

Full disclosure, I've never been to PEI. If there's a Provence that tipping would be frowned upon, it would be Quebec, and they expect it just like in the US. Side note. I always joke with ajumma at a local Korean restaurant in Clarksville, TN about tipping. Her response is never less than amusing. |

| Tipping is accepted here. Actually any restaurant I've been in has the tip amount programmed in to the credit, debit card machine. |
