I will be going to the Peristyle Theatre in Toledo and was wondering if anyone knows if CCW is allowed there? In reviewing Ohio law, I don't see anything specifically singling that out aside from it being private property and up to the owners. Just wondering if anyone has some first hand experience with this venue. |
| I don't know about that place specifically but a lot of venues in Ohio have been implementing Evolv scanners. Cleveland Museum of Art, Severance Hall, Playhouse Square theaters, Blossom Music Center, etc. |

Being owned by and part of the Toledo Museum of Art, I assume it also is covered by the Museum's strict no weapons policy. To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all, the Toledo Museum of Art has a strict No Weapons policy. This includes concealed carry weapons. The only exception is for law enforcement officers who are on duty. We encourage all guests to plan accordingly as they prepare for their visit. |
