I'm looking for a 2 bedroom apartment or house near Notre Dame. If anyone knows a landlord that I should look into let me know!

What proximity to ND do you want? Niles, MI is north of the border from South Bend. Finding an apartment there might be a little cheaper.

I don't know, I've never been to Indiana and I haven't heard many good things about the SB area. Niles, MI might be a better bet.

I'm near the Elkhart / Goshen AO.
Housing here is high . My advice is go closer to the Laporte area . My parents lived there many peaceful years . |

What do you want to pay? Closer to ND and the nicer the price goes way up. They have built a number of nicer apartments around ND , downtown SB, and over into Mishawaka.
Typical house rental is pretty high , again depending on location. Niles , New Carlisle , North Liberty , Walkerton , and Mishawaka are all within about 20 min of ND area and offer some cheaper and often better options. |
