Not a lawyer but I believe they're still legal. Shapiro when he was AG issued an opinion that they were firearms. Again not a lawyer but that's just his opinion and I don't think any legislation has been passed banning them.
And while there's technically no handgun registration in PA, the state police still like the get their notification of transfer. My opinion FWIW, buy it, finish it and enjoy. |
